Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unused, in new condition, and returned with all original parts, accessories, and packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must:

Email service@hiatuscampers.com within 3 days of delivery, and

Include clear photos of the damage and proof of delivery (such as carrier delivery confirmation).

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued, if the product:

Shows signs of use, installation, or modification, or

Is missing original parts, accessories, or packaging.
